The FM-X SE at a glance
The FM-X SE is a seated STILL reach truck on large super-elastic tyres, with a cushioned drive wheel and 144 mm of ground clearance for bumpy yards and outdoor racking as well as the warehouse. It carries up to 2,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre and travels at 14 km/h laden or empty, on 48 volts with lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. Outdoors it needs the closed weather-protection cab and firm ground such as concrete or asphalt.

Three models
- FM-X 14 SE: 1,400 kg, turning in 1,691 mm.
- FM-X 17 SE: 1,700 kg, on the same chassis as the 14 SE.
- FM-X 20 SE: 2,000 kg, on a longer wheelbase, turning in 1,838 mm.
Triplex free-lift masts take loads to 7.5 metres on all three models, and telescopic masts suit lower racking. Capacity falls as the forks rise, so ask us for the chart at your top beam height.

How it differs from the FM-X
The FM-X is STILL’s reach truck for racked warehouses, from 1,000 to 2,500 kg and lifting to 13 metres; the SE covers 1,400 to 2,000 kg with the tyres and clearance for rougher ground. Operators get joystick or fingertip controls, a reclining seat for looking up at the forks, lift height pre-selection and automatic slowing on bends. The lithium-ion battery reaches 50% charge in 30 minutes, so it can be topped up during breaks.
Checking a used FM-X SE
Check each super-elastic tyre against its wear mark and for even wear side to side, and clear anything stuck in the tread. Look at the forks for bending and wear, the chains for even tension, the cylinders, hoses and valve block for leaks, and the mast tracks for a film of grease. If the truck will work outside, check it has the weather-protection cab; our engineers inspect every used FM-X SE before sale.
Supply, hire and training
As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor we supply the FM-X SE new in all three capacities, with lead-acid or lithium-ion power. Reach trucks are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run reach truck training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
