The EK-X at a glance
The EK-X is STILL’s vertical order picker: the operator stands in a cab that lifts with the forks, so picking at height happens at the shelf rather than from a ladder. The EK-X 10 carries 1,000 kg and works in both wide and narrow-aisle warehouses, with a reach height of up to 6,350 mm.

EK-X 10 versions
- Single mast: a raised platform of 1,200 mm, for a reach height of 2,800 mm, and a travel speed of 9 km/h on a 790 mm wide chassis.
- Single mast with additional lift: a platform of 2,110 mm and a reach height of 3,710 mm, at 10 km/h.
- Telescopic mast: a platform of 4,750 mm and a reach height of 6,350 mm, at 10 km/h.
The EK-X 10 is a 24-volt truck, with 420 Ah or 560 Ah lead-acid batteries or lithium-ion.

The earlier EK-X
The earlier, taller EK-X carried 1,200 kg to a reach height of up to 12 metres on 24 or 48 volts. For greater heights, STILL’s PXV covers the range; ask us about it.
Checking a used EK-X
Forged forks must show no more than 10% wear, and the main lift chains no more than 2%. Check that the steering reaches about 90 degrees each way, the levers return to neutral, and the barriers and emergency-off stop driving and hydraulics once the platform is above 1.2 metres. Look for cracks at the welds of the overhead guard. Our engineers inspect every used EK-X before sale.

As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor we supply the EK-X 10 new, in the mast version your racking needs. Order pickers are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run order picker training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
