Not sure which machine you need?
Machine finderThe ranges
- IVC, IVM, IVS and IVR: industrial vacuums from the compact class to the robust class, for dust and dry debris on production floors and around machines.
- IVR-L: industrial vacuums for liquids and swarf.
- IVR-B: built-in units that become part of a production line.
- ID: fixed dedusting units that extract dust where it is made.
Combustible dust and ATEX
Versions for combustible dust are available, and models certified for ATEX zone 22 can work where explosive dust may be present. The dust class, L, M or H, is part of each model name, so the machine can be matched to the dust it collects.
Supply, hire and servicing
We supply Kärcher industrial vacuums and dedusters new, and they are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. Our engineers service and repair Kärcher machines, and other makes too.

Common questions
A vacuum built for the dirt a commercial vacuum cannot cope with: metal swarf and chips around machine tools, fine and combustible dust in production and processing, and liquids.

Yes. Versions for combustible dust are available, and models certified for ATEX zone 22 can work where explosive dust may be present.
They rate how hazardous a dust the vacuum is approved to collect, with H the highest. The class is part of each Kärcher model name, so the machine can be matched to the dust it collects.
