The Acclaim forklift fleet management system will provide you with critical data to ensure that you are managing your equipment efficiently. Our information technology-based data system delivers critical key performance indicators (KPIs) in clear, understandable charts, tables, and reports. Damage costs, for example, can be used to identify and correct poor work habits swiftly.

All machinery servicing schedules, data and Key Performance Indicators are managed by Acclaim Handling’s powerful service reporting system. Bespoke reports can be immediately produced on request and periodically as required and tailored to your requirements and presented at review meetings. Reports are available for example on: Machinery uptime, First fix data, Operating usage, Damage reporting, Over contract costs, Service completion schedule.

Our fleet management system is adaptable, provides ad hoc or scheduled reports on a regular basis and keeps you updated on your fleet’s condition. These fleet management reports can be discussed at any of your regular review meetings with your local Account Manager where you can raise concerns or queries.

We also offer to our customers ‘Web Based Access’ to all their Forklift Fleet records. This means every Job or Service we carry out on our customers machines is transparent to them. These records can be easily filtered to give performance indicators, that are key to you, when you want them and gives you a watching brief on how we are looking after your fork truck fleet. All of this is available Free of Charge to our customers.
