Our fleet management system is adaptable, provides ad hoc or scheduled reports on a regular basis and keeps you updated on your fleet’s condition. These fleet management reports can be discussed at any of your regular review meetings with your local Account Manager where you can raise concerns or queries.
We also offer to our customers ‘Web Based Access’ to all their Forklift Fleet records. This means every Job or Service we carry out on our customers machines is transparent to them. These records can be easily filtered to give performance indicators, that are key to you, when you want them and gives you a watching brief on how we are looking after your fork truck fleet.
