The East Service Centre is at 8 Benner Road on the Wardentree Lane estate at Pinchbeck, just north of Spalding. Spalding moves a very large share of the fresh produce, flowers and chilled food that reaches British supermarkets, and that shapes what this depot does: cold stores, packhouses and grading lines, where a truck standing still backs up a whole shift.

Produce does not wait. A packhouse with a truck down at seven in the morning has a delivery window that closes whether the forklift is running or not, so this centre aims to be with you within three hours of the call.

Chilled stores, packhouses and uneven yards
Two very different jobs sit side by side around Spalding.
