High Capacity Forklifts

High Capacity Forklifts

Acclaim Handling supply high capacity forklift trucks throughout the UK which have been especially popular in dockyard, shipyard and port environments.

Hich Capacity Range Forklifts are available from 3.5 tonnes basic capacity to 25 tonnes basic capacity. Acclaim Handling also supplies a complete range of smaller capacity forklift trucks across electric, LP Gas and diesel power sources.

High Capacity Forklifts

Acclaim has most recently supplied a new fleet of 10 brand new Hyundai 5 tonne diesel machines to Scotline Terminal, Medway in Kent. These forklift trucks will operate across the site’s 11 acres of surfaced, open storage in addition to 6000 square metres of covered storage dealing mostly with timber products.

Acclaim was successful due to the fact that we could demostrate the technical advantages of the Hyundai machinery, the ability to work a very high number of hours under pressure whilst offering very good ecenomic value.

All high capacity forklifts from Acclaim Handling provide the following benefits:

  • Ease of maintenance
  • Ergonomic operator friendly compartment design
  • Operator Presence Sensing System
  • Wear free oil immersed multi disc brakes
  • Fully Hydrostatic Power Steering
  • Fast travel speeds and high grade-ability
  • State of the art hydraulic system
