Training with FB Chain

Last Friday some of our Engineers headed to FB Chain for training

The training was focused for our apprentices and engineers coming into the industry. They had a tour of their factory to see how chain anchors are manufactured and shown the vast stock holding FB Chain have for our industry. The training on leaf chain and forks was conducted by Daniel Hargraves, Martin Green and Peter Church for chain’s and Matthew Kennedy completed the fork side.
It consisted of measuring wear correctly and what kind of defects are common and to look for when inspecting chains and forks.
