Acclaim defies recession to improve service and value

Following a review of our operations Acclaim Handling has announced important changes to improve service to customers by expanding Local Regional Offices and offering customers new services with added value and choice in mind.

Acclaim Director David Woods says, “The conventional wisdom of the recession is to retreat. At Acclaim we have taken a different approach. We have listened to our customers and we are now expanding. Firstly, we want to improve local services and ensure that customers have access to our experts to rely on their technical and local knowledge. Secondly, we have increased the choice of world class equipment for sale whether new, second-hand, contract hire or lease purchase. Finally we know lots of businesses are looking for ways to trim costs. We have been looking around for low cost accessories for some time.
