The EXU-S / EXU-SF at a glance
The EXU-S and EXU-SF are 24-volt STILL pallet trucks with a platform for the operator to stand on, built for loading lorries and for runs too long to walk. They lift pallets just clear of the floor for moving, not stacking, and are rated at a 600 mm load centre. These are earlier STILL models, which we sell used.

- EXU-S 22: 2,200 kg, travelling at 10 km/h laden and 12 km/h empty.
- EXU-S 24: 2,400 kg, at 9 km/h laden and 12 km/h empty.
- EXU-SF 20: 2,000 kg. Ridden, it travels at 7.5 km/h laden and 9 km/h empty; with the platform folded, the operator walks with it at 6 km/h.

Fixed or folding platform
The EXU-S has a fixed, fully sprung platform on a slanted chassis that clears the edges of dock ramps, with side access for long runs or rear access for jobs with frequent stepping off. Twin support castors and automatic slowing on bends keep a loaded truck steady. Lead-acid batteries run up to 620 Ah, and lithium-ion was an option.
On the EXU-SF, the platform and side arms fold up within the truck’s outline for tight spots, such as the first pallets in a trailer or a goods lift. The platform suspension is set to the operator’s weight, and ECO and BOOST drive programmes trade speed for battery life.
Checking a used EXU-S or EXU-SF
Check the forks for bends and cracks, the drive wheel and load rollers for free running and wrapped film, and the truck and its hoses for leaks. Test the brake, emergency stop and horn, and make sure the tiller springs upright and brakes the truck; on the EXU-SF, also test the anti-crush switch, fold the platform and side arms, and check the platform’s air spring pressure. Our engineers inspect every used EXU-S and EXU-SF before sale.
Supply, hire and training
We sell the EXU-S and EXU-SF used. For a new stand-on pallet truck, STILL’s current trucks are in the EXH range, which we supply new as STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor. Powered pallet trucks are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run ride-on pallet truck and powered pallet truck training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
