The OPX at a glance
The OPX is STILL’s horizontal order picker: a stand-on truck for transporting goods and picking orders in shops, warehouses and factories. The operator rides with the load, steps off to pick and steps back on, and there is a pedestrian mode at 4 km/h for short moves alongside the truck.

The versions
- OPX 20 and OPX 25: 2,000 and 2,500 kg, at up to 12 km/h unladen. A raisable operator station takes the picking height to 2.80 m.
- OPX 20 Plus and OPX 25 Plus: the Performance Plus versions, at up to 14 km/h unladen on a five-wheel chassis.
- OPX-D 20: a double stacker that carries two 1,000 kg pallets one above the other, turning in 2,440 mm.
- OPX-L 12, 16 and 20: 1,200, 1,600 and 2,000 kg with a lifting fork, bringing the pallet up to a comfortable picking height. The OPX-L 20 S has scissor forks.
The iGo neo versions of the OPX 20, OPX 25, OPX-L 12, OPX-L 20 and OPX-L 20 S follow the operator along the aisle, steering and braking themselves, and cross junctions only after the operator gives the go-ahead. That cuts getting on and off by up to 75%.

Batteries
Every OPX has a 24-volt system: lead-acid batteries of 345 to 465 Ah as standard, a larger compartment for up to 620 Ah, or lithium-ion from 205 to 410 Ah.
Checking a used OPX
Look under the truck for oil, check the wheels and rollers turn freely without heavy wear, and the forks have no bends or cracks. The truck should brake as soon as the travel control is released, and the emergency brake button must work. Never fit a battery lighter than the minimum weight on the nameplate, which also shows the year. Service is due every 1,000 hours or 12 months. Our engineers inspect every used OPX before sale.
Supply, hire and training
As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor, we supply every OPX version new. Order pickers are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run order picker training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
