The RX 60-16, 60-18 and 60-20 are the compact sizes of STILL’s RX60 electric forklift: seated 80-volt counterbalance trucks for loads of 1.6 to 2.0 tonnes. They are small and manoeuvrable enough for narrow aisles and block stacking, and cover short and long runs indoors and out. Typical work includes drinks, fruit and vegetable stores, printing firms, freight depots and multi-shift production supply.

The models
- RX 60-16: 1,600 kg at a 500 mm load centre, 1,099 mm wide.
- RX 60-18 and 60-20: 1,800 and 2,000 kg at a 500 mm load centre, both 1,138 mm wide.
All three travel at up to 20 km/h, turn in 1,883 mm and run on an 80-volt battery of 420 to 480 Ah that is changed from the side. The seat and steering column are offset for a view past the load, and the display shows how many working hours the battery has left in the chosen driving programme. In our stock list an “RX60 1.6” is an RX 60-16 and an “RX60 2.0” an RX 60-20.

What to check on a used RX 60-16 to 60-20
Begin with the battery: it should lock firmly, the cover latches should close, and the connector should have no cracks or bent contacts. Then check the fork arms and their locking devices, the chains for even tension, a visible grease film on the mast roller tracks, and the ground under the truck for leaks. Servicing falls due at 1,000 hours or yearly and more fully at 3,000 hours, so the service history is worth reading; our engineers inspect each used RX 60-16, 60-18 and 60-20 before we sell it.

As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor we sell the RX 60-16 to 60-20 as used trucks. For a new STILL electric truck of this size, look at the STILL RX20, from 1.4 to 2.0 tonnes, and for heavier loads the RX60 in 2.5 to 3.5 tonnes.
