The Aisle Master at a glance
The Aisle Master is Combilift’s articulated forklift, and it does the work of both a reach truck and a counterbalance truck. The truck bends in the middle. At the rack face it turns its steering and mast through 90 degrees and drives straight into the pallet position, so it can stack in aisles as narrow as 1.6 metres and up to 15 metres high. Outside, it unloads a lorry in the yard and takes the load straight to the racking, on any floor surface.

Specification
Electric, LPG, cold store and order picker
- AC electric: 48 volts, a 19.5 kW AC traction motor and a choice of 620, 775 or 930 Ah batteries. Masts run from 4.3 to 15 metres and the top speed is 16 km/h. The battery comes out quickly for changing.
- LPG: 2,000 kg, with a 3.0 litre GM engine, hydrostatic drive and a closed-loop fuel system, masts to 12.4 metres, for indoor and outdoor work.
- Cold Store: heated cab windows stop condensation building up.
- AME-OP: a stand-on electric order picker version, rated at 2,000 kg, which articulates through more than 205 degrees on patented chain steering.

Where an Aisle Master earns its place
Builders’ merchants, wholesalers, DIY and furniture businesses, chemical producers and engineering companies use it for pallets, long lengths and containers. It replaces two trucks, and the narrower aisles give more storage in the same building.
Used Aisle Masters
Most used trucks carry the earlier model codes: 15E, 15SE, 15SHE, 20SE, 20SHE and 20WHE for electric trucks, and 20S or 20WH for LPG. That generation covers 1,500 to 2,500 kg. Read the capacity plate and mast details on the truck itself. Our engineers inspect every used Aisle Master before sale. Look at the articulation joint and steering, the battery and connectors, and the mast chains, and ask to see its service history.
Supply, hire and training
New Aisle Masters are built to order and supplied through us as an authorised Combilift dealer. Articulated forklifts are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run articulated (pivot steer) forklift training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
