Stair climber hire
Powered stair climbers for heavy loads on stairs
A powered stair climber uses an electric motor to take itself and its load up a flight of stairs, and works in reverse to ease a heavy load back down.
They are used to move vending machines, safes, server cabinets and white goods such as washing machines.

Each rate is that machine's weekly hire price, ex VAT. Hire a machine for a single day and the minimum charge is one week at the weekly rate. Transport is charged separately.

Stair walker or push arm
Stair walker
An extending foot walks the machine up and down the stairs, one step at a time.

- Popular for vending machines, safes and server cabinets
Push arm
The simplest to use and the closest to a sack barrow: a motorised arm rotates out and down, lifting the machine and its load one step at a time.
- Up to 330 kg on some models
- Enough for washing machines and other white goods
