The EXH at a glance
The EXH is STILL’s family of 24-volt low-lift pallet trucks for 2,000 to 3,000 kg, and it comes in three forms. How far the pallets travel decides which one you want.

Specification
Walk, fold down or stand
- EXH 25 and EXH 30: pedestrian trucks steered from the tiller, rated at 2,500 and 3,000 kg and limited to 6 km/h. Right for dock work and short runs.
- EXH-SF 20 and EXH-SF 25: a hinged platform that folds down when the run gets longer and folds up for walking in tight spaces. The SF 25 has an air-cushioned platform as standard.
- EXH-S 20 and EXH-S 25: a fixed stand-on platform for the longest runs, with rear or side entry. The EXH-S 25 reaches 14 km/h unladen with STILL’s Performance Plus option.
At 720 mm wide, the EXH and EXH-SF are narrower than a Euro pallet, and standard forks are 1,150 mm long. The EXH and EXH-SF lift the pallet 125 mm clear of the floor.

Batteries
Every EXH runs on 24 volts, with lead-acid capacities up to 500 Ah and STILL lithium-ion packs as an option. Lithium-ion suits multi-shift work, because it takes an opportunity charge in a break.
Buying a used EXH
The nameplate gives the year, and on an EXH-S it tells you the generation: the later EXH-S has 115 mm of lift, and earlier trucks have 125 mm. On any used pallet truck, check the fork arms for cracks or bending, the load wheels for wear and the battery cables and sockets, and ask for the inspection log. Nothing used leaves us without an engineer’s inspection.

Powered pallet trucks are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor, we can also supply new EXH trucks built to your battery and platform choice. We run powered pallet truck training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
