The BD / BR at a glance
The BD and BR scrubber dryers are Kärcher’s straightforward machines for everyday floor care. A BD scrubs with a rotating disc brush; a BR uses roller brushes, which press harder on stubborn dirt and reach into crevices and textured surfaces. The range covers compact machines pulled along by the brush, walk-behinds with traction drive and a compact ride-on.

Compact machines
- BD 43/25 C: a 430 mm disc covering 1,720 m²/h, battery powered, with 25 l tanks.
- BD 43/35 C: a 430 mm disc at 1,720 m²/h on 230 V mains, with 35 l tanks.
- BR 45/22 C: a 450 mm roller head at 1,800 m²/h, with a lithium-ion battery and 22 l tanks.
- BD 50/50 C: a 510 mm disc at 2,040 m²/h, with 50 l tanks.
The BR 45/22 C head turns through 200 degrees either way, so it follows corners and works around racking and fittings. It sweeps small debris as it scrubs and can clean in reverse.

Walk-behind and ride-on machines
- BD 50/55 W: a 510 mm disc at 2,550 m²/h, with 55 l tanks and two-wheel drive.
- BD 70/75 W: a 705 mm disc at 3,525 m²/h, with 75 l tanks and brush pressure adjustable from 30 to 50 kg.
- BD 80/100 W: an 810 mm disc at 4,000 m²/h, with 100 l tanks and a 300 W traction motor for ramps.
- BR 85/100 W: an 850 mm roller head at 4,250 m²/h, with 100 l tanks and traction drive.
- BD 50/70 R: a compact ride-on with a 510 mm disc, 2,805 m²/h and a 70 l fresh-water tank.
On the walk-behinds, the brush head and squeegee are aluminium. Colour-coded controls keep operation simple, and most models carry a Home Base mount for a mop, hooks or containers.
