The KM at a glance
Kärcher KM sweepers pick up dust, grit and debris from hard floors indoors and out, most of them through a dust filter. The range runs from powered walk-behind sweepers for paths and small halls to ride-on industrial machines for foundries, metal works and construction sites.

Walk-behind sweepers
- KM 70/30 C Bp 2SB: pushed by hand, with a 36 V lithium-ion battery driving the brushes; 980 mm, 3,920 m²/h.
- KM 75/40 W: self-propelled on battery (Bp) or a petrol engine (G); 750 mm, 3,375 m²/h, 40-litre container.
- KM 85/50 W Bp Pack: battery traction drive and a floating roller brush; 850 mm, 3,825 m²/h.

New Kärcher KM built to order
New specifications ordered from the factory, built to the capacity, mast and options you choose. New machinery lead times are as low as 2-3 weeks.
Ride-on sweepers
- KM 85/50 R Bp Pack: a compact, easy-to-drive machine; 850 mm, 5,100 m²/h.
- KM 90/60 R: battery (Bp Pack) at 900 mm and 5,400 m²/h, or petrol (G) at 900 mm and 7,200 m²/h for outside areas.
- KM 100/100 R Bp Pack: 1,000 mm and 6,000 m²/h, with low container emptying.
- KM 100/120 R Bp Pack: 1,000 mm and 6,000 m²/h, lifting its 120-litre container hydraulically to empty; the 2SB sweeps 1,270 mm and 7,620 m²/h.
Industrial sweepers
All three empty their containers hydraulically at height and handle heavy dirt in building-material, casting and steel plants.
- KM 105/180 R Bp Pack Classic: 1,050 mm, 6,300 m²/h, 180-litre container.
- KM 130/300 R I Bp: 1,300 mm, 10,400 m²/h, 300-litre container; the Bp Pack comes with a 360 Ah battery and charger.
- KM 150/500 R Bp Pack: 1,500 mm, 12,000 m²/h, 500-litre container.
Checks before each shift
Look at the sweeping roller and side brush for wear and for straps wound round them, and test every control. Check the charge on battery machines, and the engine oil, hydraulic oil and tyre pressures on petrol ones.

We supply KM sweepers new as an authorised Kärcher dealer. Sweepers can also be hired or leased; ask us which models are free at the moment. Our engineers service and repair Kärcher machines and other makes too.
