The LG DT / GLT at a glance
Lonking’s LG DT and LG GLT are engine-powered counterbalance forklifts: the DT runs on diesel and the GLT on LPG. Both come in 2,500, 3,000 and 3,500 kg sizes at a 500 mm load centre, with a hydraulic gearbox and electric reversing as standard.

The models
- LG25DT and LG25GLT: 2,500 kg, turning in 2,300 mm.
- LG30DT and LG30GLT: 3,000 kg, turning in 2,520 mm.
- LG35DT and LG35GLT: 3,500 kg, turning in 2,530 mm.
Both trucks travel at 18.5 km/h laden and 20 km/h empty. The standard mast lifts 3,000 mm, and three-stage free-lift masts reach 6,500 mm. A mechanical gearbox is an option on the diesel.

What the driver sees
The instrument panel carries an hour meter, fuel gauge, water temperature gauge, charging indicator and oil pressure warning, and a neutral position switch stops the engine starting in gear. There is room under the bodywork to reach the service parts.
Checking a used LG DT or GLT
Read the hour meter, start the truck from cold and watch the oil pressure and charging lamps go out. Check the mast chains, fork heels and tyres, look under the truck for leaks, and on the LPG model check the gas hoses and bottle bracket. Our engineers inspect every used Lonking before sale.
Supply, hire and training
As Lonking’s exclusive dealer and distributor we supply the LG DT and GLT new with the mast you need. Diesel and LPG forklifts are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run counterbalance forklift training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
