STILL EXU electric pallet truck
The EXU is STILL's 24-volt pedestrian electric pallet truck for 1,600 to 2,200 kg. It is now sold as used stock; STILL's current equivalent is the EXH.
The EXU is a pedestrian electric pallet truck: the operator walks with it and it moves pallets at floor level. STILL built it in four sizes, the EXU 16, 18, 20 and 22, rated for 1,600 to 2,200 kg at a 600 mm load centre, on a 24-volt battery with a travel speed of 6 km/h. STILL now files the EXU under its predecessor trucks and sells the EXH in its place, so most EXUs we list are used.
Why buy a used EXU
A pallet truck does short, repetitive runs, so a well-kept used one does the same job as a new one for less money. Much of the difference between one used EXU and another is the battery: its type, capacity and age.
Each listing on this page gives the year and the battery, and the photo is of that truck. STILL offered lithium-ion on the EXU 16, 18 and 20, and our stock system lists those as “EXU 16 Li-Ion” and so on.
Every used machine comes with a current thorough examination certificate.
Hiring an EXU
We hire from a day, with a minimum charge of one week at the weekly rate. The rates on this page are ex VAT. If a hired machine stops working you get your money back and we send an engineer to fix it.
Servicing, inspection and training
Acclaim has sold and serviced STILL trucks since 1982 and is an exclusive STILL dealer. Our own engineers service the EXU from eight UK depots, whoever supplied it. Staff who use one should be trained on powered pallet trucks; we run that course.
