The EXP / EXD at a glance
STILL’s EXP is a pedestrian pallet stacker and the EXD a double stacker. The EXP takes pallets from the pre-storage area up into racking, walked by the operator with no platform. The EXD carries one pallet on its forks and a second on its support arms, so it moves two at once when loading and unloading lorries.

EXP 14, 16 and 20
The EXP 14, 16 and 20 lift 1,400, 1,600 and 2,000 kg at a 600 mm load centre, travel at 6 km/h and run on 24 volts. Their support arms are set 860 to 1,260 mm apart, depending on the version.

The EXD double stackers
- EXD-SF 20: 2,000 kg as two 1,000 kg pallets, with a folding platform for riding at up to 10 km/h over medium and long distances, and gentle on pressure-sensitive goods such as fruit and vegetables.
- EXD-S 20: the stand-on version, also 2 x 1,000 kg and up to 10 km/h.
- EXD 18 and EXD 20: earlier pedestrian double stackers for 1,000 + 800 kg and 1,000 + 1,000 kg.
Checking a used stacker
Look for oil and check the hydraulic hoses, then the mast: its roller tracks should carry a visible film of grease, the chains should be evenly tight and the forks straight and uncracked. The tiller should spring back and stop the truck when let go, and the battery must be locked in place. Our engineers inspect every used EXP and EXD before sale.
Supply, hire and training
As STILL’s exclusive dealer and distributor we supply the EXP, EXD-S 20 and EXD-SF 20 new. Pallet stackers are available on hire and lease; ask us which models are available now. We run pedestrian stacker and ride-on pallet truck training at our centres and on customers’ sites.
