Can we take a machine short term instead of buying?
Yes. Hire starts at £85 and runs from a single day up to long-term contract hire, with the minimum charge one week at the weekly rate. Attachments, access equipment and industrial cleaning machinery hire on the same agreement.
Do you look after machines you did not supply?
Yes, and most of the 3,500 machines we maintain came from somewhere else. Make and model make no odds: diesel, LPG and electric counterbalance, reach trucks, powered pallet trucks, stackers and access equipment are all covered.
What hours do your engineers work?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. There is also a 24/7 breakdown callout number for a machine that stops outside those hours. A callout carries a callout charge and travel on top of the work itself.
Is the work done at our premises?
Yes. Servicing, LOLER thorough examinations and most repairs are carried out at your site in Manchester. The workshop at Prescot is there for the heavier jobs, and we arrange transport both ways when a machine needs it.
