When it arrives
- Inspect the goods before you sign for them.
- Note any damage or shortage on the courier’s paperwork or handheld device.
- Tell us in writing within 48 hours about any damage, defect or missing item, with photos where you can.
Returns and warranty
- Returns are accepted with our written approval first.
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Return carriage is arranged and paid for by you, and a restocking fee may apply.
- 12-month parts-only warranty: where a part has failed through a manufacturing defect, we send the replacement part to your site. It does not cover misuse, wear and tear or accidental damage.

The everyday hand pallet truck
The Pallet Mover is our Euro pallet truck and the hand pallet truck we sell most of. It moves loaded pallets of up to 2500kg around goods-in, dispatch, stockrooms and production floors, with no battery to charge and very little to maintain.
Which pallets it fits
The 1150 × 550mm forks are the standard UK size. They go into a Euro pallet (1200 × 800mm) or a UK standard pallet (1200 × 1000mm) from the short end and run nearly the full 1200mm length, so the load sits along the whole fork. To take a UK pallet from its long side, or for wider pallets such as CHEP-style pallets, the wide pallet truck with 1000 × 685mm forks gives more support.
How it works
The control lever on the handle has three positions: lift, neutral and lower. In lift, pumping the handle raises the forks hydraulically. In neutral the handle swings freely for steering. Lower lets the pallet down smoothly.
Where it works best
The steel chassis and nylon wheels are made for regular use on sound, level indoor floors such as warehouse concrete, where nylon is hard-wearing and rolls easily. At about 60kg it is simple to move between areas of a site. On vinyl or tiled floors, or where the rattle of a standard truck would disturb people, the silent pallet truck has quieter rubber and polyurethane wheels.
Before each shift
Check that the wheels and rollers turn freely and are clear of shrink-wrap and strapping, the forks are straight, the handle springs back upright, and the forks rise when you pump and come down smoothly. Park it with the forks fully down and out of walkways. If the forks stop lifting or creep down under load, call us on 01708 861 414.

Will the Euro pallet truck fit UK pallets?
Yes. Its 1150 × 550mm forks go into a UK standard pallet (1200 × 1000mm) from the short end, as well as into Euro pallets (1200 × 800mm). To take a UK pallet from its long side, choose the wide pallet truck.
What floors is it for?
Smooth, level indoor floors such as warehouse concrete. The nylon wheels are hard-wearing and roll easily. On vinyl or tiled floors, or where noise matters, the silent pallet truck's rubber and polyurethane wheels are kinder and quieter.
How much does it weigh?
About 60kg, so one person can move it between areas of a site.
Are the prices ex VAT?
Yes. Prices are shown ex VAT, with the price including VAT underneath. VAT is charged at 20%.
How do I pay?
