- Delivery is free to any UK mainland address and typically takes 1 to 2 working days, depending on stock and location. Delivery dates are estimates.

When it arrives
- Inspect the goods before you sign for them.
- Note any damage or shortage on the courier’s paperwork or handheld device.
- Tell us in writing within 48 hours about any damage, defect or missing item, with photos where you can.
Returns and warranty
- Returns are accepted with our written approval first.
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Return carriage is arranged and paid for by you, and a restocking fee may apply.
- 12-month parts-only warranty: where a part has failed through a manufacturing defect, we send the replacement part to your site. It does not cover misuse, wear and tear or accidental damage.

For wider pallets
The wide Pallet Mover is our wide pallet truck: the same 2500kg capacity and hydraulic pump as the standard model, with shorter, wider-set 1000 × 685mm forks.
Which pallets it fits
The extra width suits pallets you take from their long side, such as a UK standard pallet (1200 × 1000mm) picked up across its 1200mm face, where the 1000mm forks match the pallet’s depth. It also supports wider pallets better, including CHEP-style pallets and larger UK pallet formats. If you mainly handle Euro pallets from the short end, the Euro pallet truck with 1150 × 550mm forks is the better fit.
How it works
Lift, neutral and lower positions on the handle lever: pump to raise the forks, swing the handle freely to steer, and release to lower the pallet smoothly.
Where it works best
Steel forks and chassis, with nylon wheels for sound, level indoor floors. The shorter forks make it easier to turn in tight goods-in areas and between racks. At about 60kg it is simple to move around a site. Where noise matters, in a shop, a hospital or a hotel, the silent pallet truck runs at under 60 dB.
Sites that handle Euro pallets from the short end as well as UK pallets from the long side often keep one standard and one wide truck, so each pallet gets the forks that suit it.
Before each shift
Check that the wheels and rollers turn freely and are clear of shrink-wrap and strapping, the forks are straight, the handle springs back upright, and the forks rise when you pump and come down smoothly. Park it with the forks fully down and out of walkways. If the forks stop lifting or creep down under load, call us on 01708 861 414.

Questions about buying
When do I need a wide pallet truck?
When you take UK pallets (1200 × 1000mm) from their long side, or move wider pallets such as CHEP-style pallets. The 685mm fork spread supports more of the pallet, and the 1000mm forks match the pallet's depth.
Does it carry less than the standard truck?
No. It lifts the same 2500kg as the Euro pallet truck, with the same hydraulic pump.
Is it harder to turn?
No. The shorter 1000mm forks make it easier to turn in tight goods-in areas and between racks.
Are the prices ex VAT?
Yes. Prices are shown ex VAT, with the price including VAT underneath. VAT is charged at 20%.
How do I pay?
Online, with PayPal or by debit or credit card: no PayPal account is needed, and your card goes into PayPal's secure window. Add the truck to your basket and check out, or ask for a proforma invoice and pay by bank transfer. We confirm your order in writing within one working day.
How long does delivery take?
