When it arrives

- Tell us in writing within 48 hours about any damage, defect or missing item, with photos where you can.
Returns and warranty
- Returns are accepted with our written approval first.
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Return carriage is arranged and paid for by you, and a restocking fee may apply.
- 12-month parts-only warranty: where a part has failed through a manufacturing defect, we send the replacement part to your site. It does not cover misuse, wear and tear or accidental damage.

A quieter hand pallet truck
A standard pallet truck rattles and clatters, which is a problem on a shop floor during opening hours, on a hospital ward or in a hotel corridor at night. The Silent Pump Truck, our silent pallet truck, runs at under 60 dB, with rubber steer wheels and polyurethane load rollers that are quieter and kinder to floors than nylon.
Which pallets it fits
It carries 2500kg on the popular 1150 × 550mm fork size, which goes into Euro pallets (1200 × 800mm) and UK standard pallets (1200 × 1000mm) from the short end, so it does the same job as a standard truck in a warehouse or stockroom. The forks lower to 85mm and raise to 205mm. For UK pallets taken from the long side, or wider pallets, choose the wide pallet truck.
Where it is used
Retail stock replenishment, hospitals and care homes, hotels, offices and public buildings, and any site moving pallets early in the morning or late in the evening. The softer wheels also suit finished floors such as vinyl, tiles and sealed concrete. Where noise is not a concern, the Euro pallet truck does the same job for less.
How it works
The handle lever has lift, neutral and lower positions: pump to raise the forks, swing the handle freely to steer, and release to lower the pallet gently.
Before each shift
Check that the wheels and rollers turn freely and are clear of shrink-wrap and strapping, the forks are straight, the handle springs back upright, and the forks rise when you pump and come down smoothly. Park it with the forks fully down and out of walkways. If the forks stop lifting or creep down under load, call us on 01708 861 414.
